The Frick and Central Park

Waiting in the rain to get to The Frick.

I am here at 10 a.m. To see the exhibit of "Vermeer, Rembrandt and Hals". From The Hague .

I am pleased that the painting of "The Girl With The Pearl Earring" is so beautiful.  It has an energy about it that isn't captured in the reproductions.  The exhibit is good.

Walking around the rooms in the Frick reminds me of the Huntington Museum.  It is quite a collection.

When I leave at 12:30 the whole place is packed. I head for Central Park.
